Discovering Celeriac

Celeriac (Apium graveolens var. rapaceum), is a variety of celery cultivated for its edible roots. Both celeriac and celery belong  to the Apiaceae family, along with other mostly aromatic plants with hollow stems and umbrella-like flower clusters.
