Creamy Gravy

This vegan gravy is nearly fat-free and so easy to make, you’ll never use canned gravy again!

1/3 cup flour
3 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon broth powder
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
2 cups water
2 teaspoons soy sauce or tamari

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a medium saucepan.
  2. Slowly stir in wet ingredients until smooth.
  3. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches desired consistency.
